Introduction: Ciao Tutti!
Hello Everyone!
A general introduction:
I should’ve started this blog 7 months ago at the start of the Beaux-Arts Academy; what an incredible learning journey I’ve been on. Alas, thankfully I have my meticulous notes and there is no time like the present to share my findings, so from this day forward my goal is to share my lessons with you.
I am an architecture student at the Beaux-Arts Academy, a classical art & architecture program which is six months in Salt Lake City and three months in Rome. The entire premise of the program is to learn architecture as an art while learning it from the masters who have studied for centuries to gain these skills. Thankfully, I have two amazing masters in their own right, Michael Djordevitch and James Sondow, who are guiding my classmates and I on this study of Italia! I am in heaven. I love this program and studying amongst the masters is incredible. I’m thankful for those who believed in me enough to contribute to making this evolving experience a reality and the faith and work which got me to this point. Join me on my journey!
